Strength + flex classes

Our weekly strength + flex class is a great way for students to work on their flexibility.

Teacher Lesann Marshall leads a weekly hour-long class, helping students with their flexibility, stamina and core strength.

This optional class is in addition to ballet, tap and modern classes.

No two weeks are the same, but circuits often feature!

There’s no need to book – come along to the studio at 7pm on a Monday evening. Each class costs £3, payable on the evening.

Wear whatever you can comfortably stretch in, and bring plenty of water to drink!
